Payment by Bank Card

Payment occurs via the authorization server of the processing bank center, using the bank credit and debit cards of the following payment systems:

 

  • VISA International
  • MasterCard World Wide

DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA COMMUNICATION PROCESS
  • In order to make a final reservation, we require making a 10% deposit payment of the total trip price released on our website on the specific trip page or full pre-payment.
  • To make a payment for the trip, you will receive a custom generated invoice via email and will be redirected to the payment gate of Paymentwall, where you will need to enter the correct details of your bank card.
  • It is better to prepare your bank card in advance. Connection with the payment gate and information transmission takes place in the protected mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
  • If your bank supports the secure Internet payment technologies such as Verified By VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, to carry out the payment you will also have to enter a special security password/code. In case of any difficulties with getting the security password/code, please, contact your bank.
  • This website supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the personal information communicated is ensured by Paymenwall Inc. The information entered will not be disclosed to third parties except for cases stipulated by the Russian Federation legislation. Payment with bank cards is in strict compliance with the requirements of the Visa International and MasterCard Europe Sprl payment systems.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION PROCESS

When choosing the credit card payment as a method of payment, the payment is done when it is fully completed. After completing your order on our website, you will receive a custom generated invoice via email and the system will switch you to an authorization server page of Paymentwall Inc., where you will be asked to enter your credit card data, to initiate its authorization and confirm the payment. When the payment is successfully completed you will receive a confirmation receipt via email automatically. In case of refusal, you can repeat the payment procedure once again.

DEPOSIT REFUNDS
  • Please, keep in mind, that in most cases, the deposit payment is non-refundable, due to the fact that we make all the reservations really in advance! If you can not arrive on the scheduled trip dates for some reasons, you can still use the amount of your deposit for booking your next trip with RMH. In this case, you are required to notify us via email at least 90 days before the next trip starts, otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of spot in the group.
  • Any information on the change of your plans concerning the trip must be communicated to us via email in the shortest possible time.
  • If you cancel your trip less than 90 days prior to start date of the released trip, refunds are not possible, even if you have already made the full pre-payment for your trip.
TRIP RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

The trip is considered to be booked when the funds are credited to our bank account. After the deposit payment or the full payment is done, we ask you to send us a confirmation receipt of the bank wire transfer with a scanned copy of your passport, in order to confirm your booking and proceed further with sending you an official Invitation Letter for the Russian Tourist Visa.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD IS CARRIED OUT AFTER VERIFICATION OF THE BOOKING BY OUR MANAGER

Payment by VISA bank cards:

We accept all types of VISA cards, except VISA Electron. In most cases, VISA Electron card is not applicable for payments on the Web, with the exception of cards issued by individual banks. You might need to ask the bank issuing your card about the possibility of payment by VISA Electron.

Payment by MasterCard bank cards:

We accept all types of MasterCard.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
  • Your bank card number.
  • The expiry date of your bank card, month/year.
  • CVV Code for VISA / CVC Code for MasterCard – 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

  • As the remitter, please ensure that you pay all charges associated with your transfer. That is the charges levied by your bank and those levied by Barclays.
  • Please use your name as the reference for your payment and advise us when your bank has transferred any payments, to help us trace it in our account.
